TRADE SCHOOL

Equipping to break the poverty cycle

In 2014, TMSC opened a trade school to provide further educational opportunities for their school graduates and the local community.  
Stage one of this project was funded by the Australian Government's Direct Aid Program through the Australian High Commission in Nairobi.  The current curriculum includes tailoring, masonry, carpentry, computing, welding, mechanics, beauty and hairdressing.  A dining hall and kitchen are being built to provide facilities for a course in hospitality and catering.
